At Mrprintify, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and your online shopping experience overall. Customer satisfaction is an integral part of our commitment and this is reflected in our Returns Policy. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers have to bare the return cost.

Refunds

To start a return, you can contact us at support@mrprintify.com
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. The whole process can take up to 3-7 Business Days.

Non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

  • Change of Mind – After the product has been dispatched if you want to cancel the order then you have to pay the delivery charge.
  • No Extra Charge for Return / Exchange – If you received damaged product by the fault of packaging or courier company.
  • Pay Additional Charge – If you want to exchange the product then you have to pay additional exchange charge
